If you are using the touchtop command (either TOUCHTOP or TOUCHTOP.MAC) there is a value you can change in that file really quickly which will allow you to adjust the thickness of the touchpad. Please send me a copy of your wincnc configuration, and I'll look it over and show you what to do. Please send the following files:
wincnc.ini, ...
