i have changed the fan blade on my rv 90 columbo and now it is sooooo loud we cannot be in the room with out serious ear protection, bill has told me all new spindles are fan motor or somthing else !!  i will contact columbo monday for fan

the guys at columbo were great and i will have a new 220v fan motor this week. the noise from the fan motor was incredibile jim

Yeah, Jim. You'll be glad you opted to go with an electric fan to cool the spindle. The shaft driven fans are so incredibly loud it is deafening.

josh it makes me wonder how i thought i would survive the noise!!!!  the new fan absolutly is now the quietest element involved.

bill helped me hook it up and now all i got to do is get the vacuum out of the room or sound deadend and we are now having conversations in the cnc room
